    The Zimbabwe Media Commission began receiving applications for registration of mass media service providers and accreditation of journalists, according to the Zimbabwe Mail. The Zimbabwe Media Commission began receiving applications for registration of mass media service providers and accreditation of journalists, according to the Zimbabwe Mail. Media, Information and Publicity Minister Webster Shamu made the announcement in a notice. Application for mass media houses is US$500 while the registration fee for successful applicants is US$1,500. The deadline is 10 June 2010.

The ILO has an International Training Centre in Turin, Italy, which is once again running a course for media professionals to help them in reporting on social, labour and workplace issues.
